Delivery

Once payment has been received your order will be despatched within 48 hours by standard 1st class parcel post. We aim to offer fair and honest postage fees. Our fees are set out by the cost of orders as below:

Goods up to the value of £ 9.99 cost of postage £ 3.50

Goods up to the value of £ 24.99 cost of postage £ 4.95

Goods up to the value of £ 74.99 cost of postage £ 7.50

Goods up to the value of £ 150.00 and upwards cost of postage £ 9.95

Where goods are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, have it shipped when it is back in stock or select an alternative product.

Returns

We hope you are happy and satisfied with your purchases from Blueberry Pie, but if for any reason you are not, you may cancel your order and return the goods within 7 days from your receipt. You will then receive a refund within 21 days. If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit, we will either refund your goods or replace them, if the item is in stock, once the original goods have been returned to us.
